Aaron Colombe Photography Copyright Laws:

Under current copyright laws, the copyright of any photographer remains with the photographer unless specifically agreed upon. The photographer retains all rights to photos taken. We license the use of real estate images to the listing agent or client that hired us for the amount of time that the property is for sale. Photographs taken by Aaron Colombe Photography are not to be used for any purpose other than the marketing of the property. Photographs taken for an agent or client cannot be passed on to another agent or client without express permission from Aaron Colombe Photography. If an agent or client wishes to transfer photos, a fee paid to Aaron Colombe Photography can be made to extend copyright privilege to new agent or client or new photos can be taken.

Aaron Colombe Photography Terms:

$50 cancellation fee if cancelled within 24 hours of photo shoot,

home is not ready for photos upon photographer's arrival or

photographer is unable to gain access to the property at agreed up

scheduled time. Exceptions made if rescheduling due to bad

weather or unforeseen circumstance.

specific request has been made prior to the photo-shoot. Homes

should be photo ready upon photographer's arrival. Photographer is

not responsible for unwanted objects in photos and is not responsible

for cleaning or staging the home. With that in mind Aaron Colombe

Photography will attempt to provide you with the best product

possible and will take the time to remove small items from photos

and arrange small items to provide the best photos we can.

However, we do not stage homes nor will we spend excessive

amounts of time preparing homes/rooms for photographs. Upon

hiring Aaron Colombe Photography, you represent that you are your

clients representative and vouch that you have the authority to

allow us entry to the property, permit us to take photographs and will

provide safe and reasonable means of access.
